2010 Seasonal Menus
Our menus are changed seasonally throughout the year to reflect the ebb and flow of Mother Nature. This ensures our ingredients are the finest and freshest available. Our emphasis is on using the best quality produce obtained daily from local suppliers and our cooking reflects both traditional and new aromas in Australian cuisine.

We welcome to the team our new Head Chef Jason Walker. Jason has 20 years experience in the industry, is passionate about flavour and quality ingredients, and is committed to creating memorable events. We specialise in custom designed menus, so come in and meet with us and Jason will tailor your unique dining experience.

This year for 2010 we are expanding our menus to a new level, we are taking our flavours off site and bringing them direct to you. From private affairs to extravagant banquets, The Landing at Dockside off site catering menus promote the celebration of food! With the ability to create a tailored catering menus, our coordinators offer a first-class catering solution to meet the needs of your event in any location.

This year we have created some specialty menus, with our new 10 Course Chinese Banquet and Indian inspired buffet menus, we are able to cater for any cultural requirements you have.
Utilising Jasons intimate knowledge of Asian cuisine these menus are your passport to the of Asia. Our exoticmenus comprise a distinctly multi-cultural tapestry of delicious pan-Asian cuisines, with diverse influencesranging from Mandalay to Bali to Saigon and beyond.
