This year we have created Specialty menus, and are honouring time old traditions. Whether it be smashing plates to ward off evil spirits, your grandmothers special biscuits, breaking bread with salt or getting married under the huppah we are able to cater for any cultural requirements you have and are happy to layer your family’s traditions into our events.

Asian Inspiration

You can select and tailor our Traditional 10 Course Chinese Banquet and Indian inspired buffet and dining menus. Utilising Jasons intimate knowledge of Asian cuisine these menus are your passport to the tastes of Asia. Our exotic menus comprise a distinctly multi-cultural tapestry of delicious pan-Asian cuisines, with diverse influences ranging from Mandalay to Bali to Saigon and beyond.

We will happily design a menu to suit your style and cultural flavour. We can do a full menu design with tastings and are happy to match your recipes with our creative flair.
All of our meats are halal and where possible we use only local produce.
